Bevan founded Third Age Health with the goal of revolutionising the way Kiwi nursing homes access their medical services. He has a strong commitment to delivering excellent service, and plays an active role in shaping our practice's philosophy.

John Fernandes
John Fernandes

Independent Director.

With nearly 20 years’ experience leading strategy development, finance and continuous improvement within financial services, telco, media and technology businesses in New Zealand. As Head of Strategy at NZX, John partnered with Executive Leaders to develop NZX’s own initial public offering

Norah Barlow
Norah Barlow

Independent Director.

Norah is the current CEO of Heritage Life Care (NZ). A highly skilled and experienced business executive, Norah's knowledge of the Aged Care sector is extensive. Norah sits as board member of some NZ's most respected Companies.

Wayne Williams
Wayne Williams

Independent Director

Wayne was appointed to the board as an independent director as of 10 June 2021. Formerly a Partner of KPMG, Wayne has close to 30 years’ experience within the health sector. Working in line management and consulting roles within primary care, DHBs and the MOH. Wayne is currently CEO of Alliance Health Plus Trust, a Pacific-led PHO based in South Auckland and is also on the board of Bay of Plenty DHB. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors.

Diane Budres
Diane Budres

Non-Independent Director.

Diane was appointed to the Board at the Annual Shareholder Meeting on 14 September 2021. Diane is a Board member of The Budres Foundation, a scholarship program based on learning by doing. Past positions include CFO of Star Media, and board member of First National Bank, Apple Bank and Nelson Properties, DBS. Based in the USA, Diane’s qualifications include a Doctor of Education and a Master of Public Health from Columbia University, New York, and a Master and Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology from Michigan State University.
